David Khuat-Duy, Corporate CEO

A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, a world-class educational and research establishment, and PhD in Mathematics, David spent several years as a SAP consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers working on the architecture, design and implementation of ERP for international accounts (SanofiAventis, Airbus, Pirelli among others). In 2000, David founded Ivalua and built a senior Executive team to set the foundations for best-in class software design, continuous sales growth, and rigorous operations management. Those efforts have allowed Ivalua to be among top global software vendors in the Spend Management area, to operate globally and to be one of the best complementary solutions to ERPs to manage Spend.

Dan Amzallag, CEO Ivalua Inc.

A graduate of one of the top European MBA schools, Dan spent 9 years as a Director with Cap Gemini Group. Specializing in Supply Chain Management, he led numerous global projects involving in-depth changes to processes, systems and organization. In 2000, Daniel founded a company operating the first global Marketplace dedicated to the environmental industries, and then joined Ivalua in 2002 as a key Executive in charge of Marketing and Business Development. Daniel relocated in the US in 2011 to support Ivalua expansion in North and South America, and is currently acting as CEO of Ivalua Inc.

Paul Noël, VP Procurement Solutions

Paul holds a Management Degree from Santa Clara University in California and studied international business at Sofia University in Tokyo. His entire career has been about improving Corporate profitability through efficient operations and Management of Spend. From his work at Ariba, Softface, and Blackhog, Paul's specialty has been to harness standard software and services to create specific solutions for companies large and small, local and international. Continuing this at Ivalua, Paul manages all customer-facing operations for the Americas.

Gerard Dahan, Chief Marketing & Communication Officer (CMO)

Gerard has Twenty years of sales achievement, business development and Marketing at High Tech companies like Intel, V-TECH, Olivetti, IBM and more specifically with Spend Management software vendors like Ariba and Bravo Solutions, where he acted as a Corporate Marketing Executive Gerard joined Ivalua in 2010 as CMO and launched several key outbound marketing programs worldwide to reach new markets. This highly contributed to strong growth of Ivalua bookings over the last 2 years.

Arnaud Khuat-Duy, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

A graduate of one of the Top Schools of Computer Engineering, Arnaud has extensive knowledge of Internet technologies, an area he has worked in for over 15 years. He began his career as a developer then as a project manager for a major IT Services company, and joined a Silicon Valley Company in the area of Object Databases in 2000. He later joined Ivalua, as CTO, building a scalable architecture for Ivalua Software, and managing the transition towards SaaS model to propose multilocation best-in class hosting solutions as well as on premise software options.
