Licensing modes

LICENSE PURCHASE
The software is licensed and installed locally by the client. The client’s IT service takes charge of the administration of the application. They can subscribe to the application maintenance and user support services provided by Ivalua as they see fit.

SAAS
Ivalua’s SaaS offer includes the provision of the application, the maintenance and the hosting of the software on account of the customer. This comprehensive service is offered over a contractually determined period for a monthly fee (in general a minimum of 3 years).

ON DEMAND
The On Demand offer allows the client to subscribe to the same service as in SaaS mode, but over a much shorter period linked to a particular event, a workflow or the processing of an object. For example, for our Ivalua Buyer solution, the cost variable may be an RFP, a reverse auction, a supplier grading campaign, a spend analysis workflow, or even the processing of an invoice or an expense report. Therefore the pricing is established based on the number of events/workflows/processed objects and on the frequency of tool usage in order to manage these events.
