Like any other team, Procurement has quarterly objectives, but Procurement’s objectives go straight to the bottom line. Procurement action plans are used to manage those objectives, but in a complex environment, with a large number of actions and numerous players, the tracking of actual savings remains a real challenge.

The Action Plans and Savings Tracking module was designed to solve this problem, simplifying the day-to-day management of procurement action plans and providing management with comprehensive visibility on operations.

Purchasing Management can roll out their central procurement action plans into effective local actions within each entity, with their own goals. Action plans can be managed by a team collaboratively, and the savings are monitored closely from their initial estimates to their final validation by financial controllers.
