Ivalua Buyer’s e-sourcing solution provides end to end collaborative management of the different stages of the procurement process: from the inventory of needs to the deployment of the contract, including the identification of suppliers and the management of RFPs and bids.

Buyers conduct their business from start to finish with clarity, creating a consultation record with a few clicks thanks to reusable templates, closely following the activities of the consulted suppliers, inviting colleagues to evaluate the suppliers’ responses and asking suppliers to participate in new rounds of negotiation. At any moment buyers may visualize the potential gains over their reference price.
