  • Measure your purchasing performance with high granularity
  • Rapidly provide pertinent analyses
  • Widely distribute dashboards adapted to each individual's need

Regular, granular measurement of purchasing performance on all dimensions is essential to strategic and tactical management of the purchasing function.

Ivalua’s purchasing dashboard module comes with dozens of the most common procurement indicators already built-in, covering the main areas of purchasing performance. Indicators specific to each client can be added to this dashboard.

OLAP Cube technology makes it easy to produce analyses on the fly, covering many dimensions at a time, or to delve into the archive of analyses that already exist.

The tool also offers the possibility for authorized users to create their own specific reports. A report can be created in a few clicks and then exported to Word or Excel.

Finally, each user can lay out their own dynamic Purchasing Control Center as they see fit, displaying in real time selected indicators over the period of the analysis, the purchasing category or the entities of their choice.
