Services Procurement

  • Purchase the right level of service at the best price
  • Comply with the legal framework inherent to the purchase of services
  • Rigorously manage the execution of a contract

Ivalua Buyer’s Services Procurement solution was designed specifically to take into account the standard characteristics of this type of purchases, particularly from a legal standpoint.

First, the solution allows end to end collaborative management of the different stages of the purchasing process, while including all of the participants: requisitioners, buyers, legal counselors, procurement management and vendors.

Once the purchase requisition is entered into the tool, it can be attached to a pre-existing master agreement  or trigger a sourcing event that the buyer will manage, end to end. In a few clicks buyers can then create a consultation with the help of pre-existing templates, adapted to each type of service; they can select the providers to be consulted using the detailed criteria of the supplier repository, closely follow the activities of the service providers consulted, and invite colleagues to evaluate the offers.

At the end of the process, they obtain comparative analyses of the submissions based on qualitative and quantitative criteria which allow efficient sorting of the offers and selection of the most pertinent. All that’s left is to generate the service contract from pre-existing templates and the parameters of the deal.

From the executives’ perspective, the reporting module provides strategic assistance in decision making, with visibility on service contracts and purchasing projects underway and performance indicators by entity / buyer / product or service category / geography.
