Goals and action plans
This module facilitates the integrated management of goal setting at different levels of the organization, as well as the creation and execution of formal action plans to achieve those goals.
Main functionalities:
- Goal definition by entity / period / indicator
- Creation of a formal action plan attached to indicators and goals
- Designation of a project manager and a team linked to the action plan
- Task planning for an action plan
- Breakdown of the action plan by task / action and assignments to team members
- Consolidation of savings generated by local action plans on a global levell
- Status management (in progress, completed, etc.)
- Progress tracking, by task and by team member
- Comments and attached documents management
