What’s the cost to attend?
Ivalua NOW 2020 is a complimentary conference. No matter where you are in your procurement journey, we welcome all procurement and supply chain professionals to join us in hearing best practices, industry trends, and the opportunity to network with your industry peers.

 

What’s the dress code?
Conference attire is business casual. We do welcome a more relaxed attire for Customer Training Day.

 

Will transportation be provided?
The only transportation that will be organised by Ivalua will be to get from the Conference venue (Carrousel du Louvre) to the dinner venue (La Conciergerie) on Thursday March 19th, 2020. No other transportation is included. [Please see our hotels section, we’ve negotiated tarifs with hotels that are in a 1km radius of the main venue]. Here is a map of all métro/tube stations and bus stops close to the Louvre museum / Carrousel du Louvre.

 

I’m interested in attending the Customer Training Day, but not the entire conference.
Do I still need to register?

Yes, please register and indicate which activities you will be attending given the questions provided on the registration form.

 

When do I need to register by?
The earlier, the better! Registration will close Monday March 16th, 2020.

 

I can no longer attend and need to cancel my registration.

Is the conference venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Salles du Carrousel du Louvre are wheelchair accessible. Please note that the only wheelchair friendly métro station near the venue is station Pyramides (lines 7 and 14).
