Ivalua has been awarded Best Company for Global Culture, Future Outlook, and Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Departments.

The award methodology*) takes into account anonymous votes from employees across all Ivalua’s departments and international office locations.

The list of award winners is part of Comparably’s Best Places to Work series and includes the overall top-rated companies of 2023 according to their employees. Employees answer questions about different workplace topics such as leadership, team, compensation, perks & benefits, work-life balance, career growth, environment, outlook, etc. The final data set was compiled from over 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies globally. In December 2022, Ivalua had been awarded Best Company for Culture, Women, and Diversity.

Employees have the opportunity to answer structured questions (yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, multiple-choice) spanning 16 different workplace topics (leadership, team, compensation, perks & benefits, work-life balance, career growth, environment, outlook, etc). The Best Company Outlook award measures how confident employees are about the future success of their company, how likely they are to recommend working there to a friend and if they’re typically excited to go to work each day.

The Best Global Company Culture award measures how workers from large companies with a global footprint rate their overall workplace experiences in 16 different metrics (compensation, leadership, co-workers, work-life balance, career growth, perks & benefits, etc). 

The Best Departments category measures how employees from specific departments rate their workplace experiences in 16 different metrics (compensation, leadership, co-workers, work-life balance, career growth, perks & benefits, etc).
